PRE-ACTIVITY
ACTIVITY #1 WORD ANALYSIS
Materials: Board, chalk, colored paper, pentel pen, tape
Procedure:
  • Ask the students for words that they associate with reproductive health.
  • Write this on the board
  • From the pool of words ask the students to formulate their own concept and importance of having awareness on reproducti8ve health.

ENABLING ACTIVITY

ACTIVITY #2 GROUP DYNAMICS AND BUZZ SESSION

Materials: Props

Procedure:

  • Discuss by group the relationships of the different RH dimensions
  • Each group illustrates the relationships of RH using dramatization, dance interpretation etc.

SESSION 1 TO 2
PRE-ACTIVITY
ACTIVITY # 1 COLLAGE MAKING
Materials: Magazine, Manila Paper, Paste, Pencil, Scissor, Color
Procedure:
1. Cut out pictures of recreational indoor and outdoor activities
2. Paste pictures on a manila paper.
3. Classify the pictures according to indoor and outdoor activities
4. Collage will be evaluated using rubrics for collage making.

ENABLING ACTIVITIES
ACTIVITY #. 2 CLASS INTERACTION
Materials: Board, Ball pen, Chalk, pad
Procedure:
1. The class Discuss within the group for 20 minutes or less the meaning and
importance of recreation.
2. Each group will share to the class what they have discussed within the
group.
3. Each group will be graded using rubrics for group sharing.

ACTIVITY #3 PERFORMANCE
Materials: Board games, pencil, paper
Procedure:
1. Students are asked to bring different kinds of board games
2. Let the students play the board game for 30 to 40 mins
3. After playing the game students write a short essay about the activity,
What is the name of the game?
Whom you played with? What happened?
What values did you gain from playing.

CULMINATING ACTIVITY

Materials: Pen, paper, boards, pencils color materials, glue stones tape. Etc..
Procedure:
1. By group think of your own board game
2. Make rules and regulations and write it on a paper.

Procedure:
1. Show students lists of different indoor activities:

2. Each student chooses one indoor activity they would like to perform inside the
class.
3. Perform the chosen activity far 30 mins.
4. Identify the specific value of the indoor activity and write it on a one whole pad
paper.
5. The activity will be graded using rubrics for participation for recreational
activities

Procedure:
1. The groups will be given topics to research and discuss

Procedure:
1. Divide the class into 4 groups each group is assigned with an indoor game to
modify and to the class.

2. Each group should prepare and develop a Mental Health Campaign Material (Brochure of Emotional and Mental Health)

Activiy 6 Campaign

1. After Making the Brochure reproduce approved brochure and disseminate to nearby health centers, malls, school or public places.
2. The students will also submit their plan of action to their teacher.
3. Try to ask the persons you have given the brochure if it is helpful or not.
4. The students will be graded by the leaders using rubrics for participation
5. The teacher will grade the students using the evaluation of leaders and the persons you have given your brochure.

NOTE: At the end of the quarter there will be an integrated Culminating Performance with all the subjects.

INTERGRATED CULMINATING PERFORMANCE

· The class will make documentation about “GASOLINA”.
· They should relate all the concepts of all the subjects in there work.
· The performance will be graded using Rubrics for Making Documentation.

ACTIVITY 2 ROUND TABLE

· Form groups with 4 members
· Give each student a pen and paper
· Each student will write examples or exercises that illustrates the word
· Pass the paper to the person on your right.
· When you receive a paper add an example to it.
· If you finish before the person take the paper in the middle and continue writing and passing until you receive your paper back.

· Divide the class into 4 groups
· Imagine you’re a fitness instructor in charge of planning a program for a costumer
· Your costumer desires to be healthy and fit.
· What type of activity or personalized plan of SRF activities can your costumer do to
improve on the SRF components of fitness?
· Choose a sport or activity that uses both skill related components of fitness that will
benefit your customer the most.
· In a letter to your customer explain how the sport or activity you chose, uses at least three
skill components of fitness.
· Submit documents like Brochures, Letters Etc. to support your work.
· Your work will be graded using Rubrics for personalized plan of SRF activities.
